Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners through ongoing relationship management
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies based on data insights
- Create compelling promotional materials and ensure compliance with brand guidelines
- Coordinate with sales teams to align affiliate initiatives with revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and emerging trends
- Generate performance reports and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital partnerships
- Proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and affiliate tracking platforms
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Understanding of Indonesian digital marketing landscape and local affiliate networks
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI)
