Join Hebe Beauty as an Affiliate Specialist and become a key player in driving our e-commerce growth through strategic partnerships. In this role, you'll manage and optimize our Shopee affiliate campaigns, building and nurturing relationships with top-performing affiliates to maximize sales and brand exposure. You'll analyze campaign performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to increase conversion rates and ROI. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day operations of Shopee affiliate campaigns, including onboarding, communication, and performance tracking
- Identify, recruit, and build relationships with high-quality affiliate partners in the beauty and lifestyle sectors
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and sales targets
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
- Optimize affiliate campaigns based on data analysis, testing different creatives, offers, and promotional strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all affiliate channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably with experience on Shopee or similar e-commerce platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building and maintaining affiliate relationships
- Proficiency in affiliate marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative campaign strategies
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Passion for beauty products and understanding of the beauty industry
