Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, including influencers, content creators, and publishers, aligning with Glowies Beauty's brand values.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring their ongoing engagement and success.
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Negotiate commission structures and terms with affiliates to secure competitive agreements.
- Provide affiliates with necessary marketing materials, product information, and promotional support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new affiliate marketing technologies.
- Prepare regular reports on affiliate program performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or a similar digital marketing role, preferably within the e-commerce or beauty industry.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, managing, and growing a network of affiliate partners.
- Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms, analytics tools, and performance marketing metrics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
