Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve aftermarket revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the aftermarket sales team to ensure high performance and service standards.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure recurring business and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within the Indonesian manufacturing sector.
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of aftermarket parts and services.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiations with key industrial stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, preferably within an industrial or engineering environment.
- Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving aggressive revenue growth targets.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex industrial product specifications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable sales strategies.
