In this dynamic position, you will ensure the reliability and efficiency of Data Center Power Systems, including UPS, PDU, and DC power distribution units. You will be responsible for delivering top-tier technical support to our clients, conducting on-site installations, troubleshooting complex electrical issues, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies. This role requires a hands-on approach, a deep understanding of power engineering, and a commitment to ensuring zero downtime for our clients' critical operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive after-sales technical support and maintenance for data center power systems, including UPS, PDUs, and switchgear.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs to resolve electrical faults and minimize system downtime.
- Perform routine site visits for preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
- Collaborate with project management and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of power solutions during commissioning.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, service logs, and documentation for client records and warranty claims.
- Deliver training sessions to client personnel on system operations, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Monitor system performance metrics and recommend upgrades or optimizations to enhance efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in data center infrastructure, specifically focusing on power systems and UPS technologies.
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and power distribution concepts.
- Valid driving license (Essential for frequent field service travel).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call standby rotations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal) for effective communication.
