Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement aftersales service strategies to improve efficiency across the assigned dealership network.
- Act as the primary point of contact between OMOWAY headquarters and regional dealers to resolve technical and operational roadblocks.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality, safety standards, and compliance with EV maintenance protocols.
- Analyze regional aftersales performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to dealer technicians regarding EV systems and diagnostics.
- Manage warranty claims and parts supply chain processes to ensure high vehicle uptime for end-users.
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives to ensure excellence in service delivery and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive aftersales, service management, or dealership operations.
- Proven track record in managing relationships with dealer networks and stakeholders.
- Deep interest and willingness to specialize in Electric Vehicle (EV) technology and high-voltage systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical reports and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and mentoring diverse teams.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Bandung and surrounding areas as required by the business.
