Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily security operations across multiple designated sites within the Batam area.
- Ensure 100% compliance with SOS Indonesia SOPs, client requirements, and local security regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
- Provide direct leadership, coaching, and performance management to site supervisors and security personnel.
- Manage deployment schedules, site staffing requirements, and training needs for all team members.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, addressing concerns and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive incident reports and operational summaries for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security management or a related operations role.
- Strong understanding of physical security, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
- Proven leadership experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Indonesian and English, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel between sites within the Batam region.
- Certified in Gada Madya or equivalent security management certifications (highly preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and reporting software.
