As a pivotal bridge between our principal operations and our dealer network, you will ensure that our service standards remain world-class as we navigate the shift toward sustainable transport.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving aftersales performance, monitoring technical readiness, and ensuring that our dealers provide an exceptional customer experience. You will act as the primary point of contact for service centers, providing technical support, operational guidance, and strategic oversight to maintain high-quality service levels.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and oversee aftersales operations within the assigned area to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the principal and dealer network to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate service center performance, including service turnaround time and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Provide technical guidance and operational support to dealer service teams regarding electric vehicle maintenance.
  • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate dealership facilities and ensure adherence to safety and maintenance protocols.
  • Develop and implement improvement plans to resolve performance gaps in service delivery.
  • Analyze aftersales data to identify trends and prepare reports for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive aftersales, service supervision, or dealer development.
  • Strong understanding of electric vehicle technology and modern automotive service workflows.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze operational metrics and drive performance improvements.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
