As a key bridge between our principal operations and the dealer network, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring service excellence and operational readiness in the rapidly evolving EV sector.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our dealers, providing technical support, monitoring service performance, and ensuring that our brand standards are consistently met. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily aftersales operations across the assigned dealer network.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company (principal) and dealer service departments to ensure alignment on SOPs.
- Monitor service readiness, including technical training levels, spare parts availability, and diagnostic equipment standards for EV maintenance.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze aftersales performance metrics and generate reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to dealer staff regarding electric vehicle systems.
- Ensure compliance with company warranty policies and aftersales service programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive aftersales, service management, or dealer network development.
- Strong understanding of electric vehicle (EV) technology and high-voltage safety protocols is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with dealer partners.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective operational solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and service management software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned Surabaya and East Java region.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
