Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end aftersales operations including service scheduling, parts inventory, and warranty management
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality metrics and customer retention
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing aftersales teams through performance coaching and training programs
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience across touchpoints
- Manage departmental budgets and cost-control initiatives while maintaining service excellence
- Implement CRM systems and digital tools to streamline service delivery processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of aftersales management experience in automotive industry
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and achieving operational targets
- Expert knowledge of automotive service operations, parts management, and warranty processes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management
- Proficiency in aftersales management software and CRM systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
