Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, edgers, and irrigation systems
- Perform routine plant care including pruning, fertilizing, watering, and pest/disease control
- Install and maintain seasonal floral displays and garden features
- Monitor irrigation systems for efficiency and perform necessary repairs
- Assist in landscape design implementation and renovation projects
- Ensure all outdoor areas meet hotel standards for cleanliness and presentation
- Conduct regular inspections of plant health and soil conditions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional landscaping or horticulture experience
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining landscaping equipment
- Knowledge of tropical plant species, pests, and diseases common in Bali
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Certification in horticulture or landscaping preferred
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
