As the Service Trainer, you will act as a bridge between operational goals and employee performance. You will design curricula, facilitate workshops, and evaluate training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver comprehensive after-sales training programs tailored to diverse skill levels.
- Conduct engaging on-site and virtual training sessions to enhance staff competency.
- Develop and update training manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and job aids.
- Monitor service quality metrics and identify training gaps through performance analysis.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
- Collaborate with management to align training objectives with business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service, training, or operations management.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to command a room.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand training modules.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on mentorship and feedback.
- Flexibility to travel within Indonesia for training assignments.
