In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the academic development of upper primary students, providing them with the guidance and support needed to excel in their studies beyond regular school hours.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver high-quality Math and Science lessons for upper primary school students.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve academic outcomes.
- Create an inclusive, safe, and motivating environment for students during afterschool hours.
- Assist students with homework and clarify doubts regarding school assignments.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student development and behavioral updates.
- Prepare instructional materials, quizzes, and learning aids tailored to the primary curriculum.
- Manage classroom behavior to ensure a productive learning atmosphere for all students.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in tutoring or teaching upper primary students is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore primary school Math and Science curriculum.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and parents.
- Passion for early childhood development and an engaging teaching style.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time hours in an afterschool setting.
