Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in English Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of formal English teaching experience
- Professional certification (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA) preferred
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English language
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment design
