Tanggung Jawab
- Recruit and onboard high-quality hosts to expand the Voice Room content library.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with agencies and individual hosts.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and key stakeholders.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance KPIs to optimize host and agency performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the voice entertainment sector.
- Coordinate marketing events and promotional activities to boost host engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Agency Management.
- Fluency in local language with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and content creation trends.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict monthly targets and KPIs.
