We are seeking an experienced Agency Partner to drive the growth and success of our creator and affiliate ecosystem in the Philippines.
In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic bridge between ByteDance and premier marketing agencies. You will empower these agencies to leverage our platform effectively, developing comprehensive MCN and affiliate strategies that identify high-potential partnerships. By fostering deep relationships and providing expert guidance, you will unlock new avenues for brand growth and creator monetization. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive agency partnership strategies to drive creator and affiliate growth within the Philippine market.
- Manage high-level relationships with key MCNs (Multi-Channel Networks) and marketing agencies to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics and campaign data to provide actionable insights and optimize ROI for agency partners.
- Identify and onboard new agency partners and creator networks to expand market reach and brand visibility.
- Provide strategic training and resources to empower agency partners to maximize the use of ByteDance’s tools and features.
- Collaborate closely with internal product and marketing teams to advocate for creator needs and shape platform development.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agency management, digital marketing, e-commerce, or the creator economy.
- Strong understanding of MCN operations, affiliate marketing strategies, and the creator ecosystem.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term, high-value relationships with B2B clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (and Tagalog is a plus).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and market trends to drive business decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
