Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with car dealerships and agencies in the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the network of partner agencies
- Promote BFI Finance Indonesia's car financing products to potential partners
- Conduct regular visits to partner agencies to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of financing applications
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or agency relations
- Experience in the automotive or financial services industry is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
