In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our automotive financing products by building and maintaining strong partnerships with local agents and automotive dealers.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing automotive agents and dealer partners in the Merauke area.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for car financing products.
  • Conduct regular field visits to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.
  • Analyze and screen financing applications to ensure compliance with company policies and risk standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to agents and end-customers throughout the financing process.
  • Prepare regular activity reports and performance updates for branch management.
  • Participate in local marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility in the Merauke region.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management, preferably in the finance or automotive industry.
  • Residing in or willing to be placed in Merauke, Papua Selatan.
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, self-motivation, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic digital reporting tools.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) and own a vehicle.
