- Develop and execute strategic plans for agency partnership growth in key markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to drive mutual success
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with product teams to align agency solutions with market needs
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to agency partners
- Track and report on key performance indicators for agency partnerships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in agency partnerships or business development
- Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic tech environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and local language (Tagalog) preferred
