Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively contact existing customers via phone, email, and digital channels to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Identify at-risk customers and execute effective retention strategies to prevent churn.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly retention targets, KPIs, and quality assurance standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to share customer feedback and insights.
  • Utilize your digital savvy to understand customer behavior across social media and online platforms.
  • Educate customers on new features, promotions, and the overall value of our services.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Diploma or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, call center operations, or customer retention.
  • Strong online presence with a positive digital footprint across multiple social media accounts.
  • Digital savvy with a deep understanding of modern communication tools and social media trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with active listening abilities.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
