Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities using Agentic AI and RPA technologies
- Develop and implement Agentic AI solutions for complex business workflows
- Design Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts to streamline repetitive tasks
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI-powered systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Document processes and create technical specifications for AI implementations
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in Business Process Analysis, RPA development, or AI implementation
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and natural language processing tools
- Knowledge of RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in IT support or system maintenance roles
