Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior traders in executing physical commodity trades for agricultural products including grains, oilseeds, and soft commodities
- Monitor market trends, price movements, and supply-demand dynamics in agricultural commodity markets
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, buyers, and logistics partners globally
- Prepare and review trading contracts, documentation, and commercial terms
- Coordinate logistics operations including shipment tracking, cargo handling, and inventory management
- Conduct market research and analysis to support trading decisions
- Learn and apply risk management techniques under supervision
- Support daily trading activities and administrative tasks as required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Agriculture, or related field
- Basic understanding of physical commodity trading principles and agricultural markets
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
