Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, oversee, and optimize crop cultivation cycles to ensure high-quality harvest yields.
- Conduct regular field inspections to monitor crop health, pest activity, and irrigation requirements.
- Analyze soil samples and climate data to provide actionable recommendations for fertilization and soil conditioning.
- Implement and maintain integrated pest management (IPM) strategies to minimize crop loss.
- Collaborate with operations teams to manage farm budgets, resource allocation, and seasonal schedules.
- Maintain detailed documentation and digital reports on field performance and experimental trials.
- Provide technical training and guidance to field workers regarding modern agricultural tools and techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Plant Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in agricultural management or field agronomy.
- Strong knowledge of local soil biology, climate patterns, and crop physiology specific to the region.
- Proficiency in agricultural data analysis software and mobile tracking tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex field issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse field teams effectively.
- Willingness to be stationed in Kalijati and perform regular outdoor field work.
