Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and penetrate new regional market segments for agricultural products.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Field Agents (FA) to ensure performance targets are met.
- Conduct soil analysis, crop health monitoring, and field assessments to provide technical advice to farmers.
- Develop and implement sustainable farming practices that increase product quality and yield.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to align agronomic solutions with free market dynamics.
- Prepare periodic reports on market trends, crop performance, and team activities.
- Facilitate training sessions for field staff on new agricultural technologies and protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in agronomy or agricultural field supervision.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing field teams.
- Deep understanding of local agricultural challenges and market conditions in Bengkulu.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with local farmers.
- Proficiency in agricultural software or data collection tools is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Bengkulu region.
