Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all plantation operational activities, from land clearing and development to harvesting.
- Oversee nursery operations and ensure optimal seedling production standards.
- Implement efficient crop maintenance and protection programs to maximize yield and plant health.
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
- Manage plantation budgets, resource allocation, and logistics for supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze crop performance data to drive continuous improvement strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations in all plantation areas.
- Lead, mentor, and train on-site field teams to build a culture of high performance and productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Forestry, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in plantation management (oil palm, rubber, or similar commodity crops).
- Deep technical knowledge of soil science, pest management, and modern agronomic practices.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale operational teams and field logistics.
- Proficient in plantation management software and MS Office for reporting and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in remote or field-based environments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English proficiency is a plus.
