Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor plantation operations and evaluate current agronomic performance.
- Gather, process, and validate field data to ensure accuracy for management reporting.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management highlighting operational status and proposed improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to implement best practices for soil management, crop health, and resource allocation.
- Support the design and execution of enhancement projects aimed at increasing long-term yield.
- Maintain clear documentation of all technical findings and field audit observations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plantation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in an agronomy or plantation operational role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data processing and report writing.
- Excellent observation skills with the ability to translate field realities into professional reports.
- Willingness to travel to plantation sites as required by operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate effectively with both field workers and corporate stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
