Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive road construction plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Lead site operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects
- Conduct soil analysis and material testing to ensure structural integrity
- Coordinate with government agencies for permit compliance and regulatory approval
- Mentor junior engineers and construction teams on best practices
- Conduct regular quality inspections and resolve technical challenges
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Civil Engineering or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in road construction projects
- Certified in Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2) and Quality Management Systems
- Expertise in Indonesian road construction standards (SNI) and Bina Marga regulations
- Proficient in construction software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with technical English proficiency
- Valid driver's license with heavy vehicle operation experience
