Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end road construction projects from planning to execution
- Conduct site surveys and technical feasibility studies
- Oversee material quality testing and compliance with SNI standards
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (engineers, contractors, government bodies)
- Implement safety protocols and environmental sustainability measures
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation
- Resolve technical challenges during construction phases
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Civil Engineering with 5+ years road construction experience
- Professional certification (Brevet C/SIPPA) mandatory
- Expertise in asphalt concrete and rigid pavement technologies
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian road regulations (SNI 03-2436-1991)
- Proven track record in Sumatera infrastructure projects
- Leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
