Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines for analytics and AI applications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
- Develop and integrate AI/ML features to enhance insurance products and services
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data lifecycle stages
- Create and optimize ETL processes for structured and unstructured data sources
- Support the deployment and monitoring of analytics tools and AI models in production
- Document data architectures, processes, and analytical methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics-focused roles
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline orchestration tools
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and business acumen
