Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve business problems in the insurance sector.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain high-performance data pipelines.
- Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions to automate claims processing and document analysis.
- Monitor and fine-tune existing AI models to ensure high accuracy and production stability.
- Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies and frameworks to maintain competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in developing machine learning applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex, large-scale datasets.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in the insurance or fintech industry is a significant advantage.
