Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement AI/ML models for insurance applications including risk assessment, fraud detection, and claims processing
- Develop scalable AI solutions using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing insurance systems
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and opportunities for AI-driven optimization
- Research and implement state-of-the-art NLP techniques for document processing and customer interaction
- Create and maintain AI model documentation, performance metrics, and deployment strategies
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices in insurance tech
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development with proven portfolio of deployed solutions
- Expertise in Python programming and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Strong background in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Knowledge of insurance industry processes and regulatory requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
