Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the IT support team to ensure efficient operations and professional development
- Oversee daily IT infrastructure management including servers, networks, and hardware systems
- Implement and maintain robust backup/recovery protocols to ensure data integrity
- Coordinate cross-departmental IT projects and service level agreements
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across multiple IT domains
- Document IT processes, policies, and technical specifications
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on IT support experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and IT infrastructure
- Expertise in backup/recovery systems and data protection protocols
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
