Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute AI-driven content strategies for social media, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Utilize generative AI tools to create high-quality visual assets and copy that reflect the premium identity of Swan Garden Hotel.
- Act as a digital brand ambassador, engaging with guests across online platforms to ensure high sentiment scores.
- Analyze digital performance metrics to refine marketing ROI and guest acquisition tactics.
- Collaborate with the operations team to implement AI-based communication solutions that enhance the guest experience.
- Manage end-to-end media production, from conceptualization to post-production using modern creative software.
- Monitor emerging trends in AI and hospitality tech to keep the hotel competitive in the local market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva Magic, or similar).
- Strong creative storytelling skills with a keen eye for hotel branding and aesthetic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of the Melaka tourism landscape.
