Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end production workflow of AI-generated videos, images, and virtual influencer/talent assets.
- Utilize advanced generative AI tools (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway Gen-2, ElevenLabs, etc.) to create high-quality marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute innovative campaign ideas.
- Direct and refine virtual talent animations, including lipsyncing, motion capture mapping, and voice generation.
- Establish quality control standards for AI outputs, ensuring all visuals align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Stay constantly updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, and visual trends to continuously optimize creative workflows.
- Manage multiple production pipelines simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience working in digital media production, advertising, or creative agency environments.
- Hands-on expertise with generative AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, DALL-E) and AI voice/animation tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects that integrate AI-generated assets or virtual production techniques.
- Proficiency in standard post-production software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Photoshop).
- Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, storytelling, and cinematic pacing.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to translate technical AI processes into creative outcomes.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
