Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with AI/ML applications in translation technology
- Proficiency in at least two languages beyond English (Tagalog advantageous)
- Expertise in NLP frameworks and machine learning model development
- Experience with translation management systems (TMS) and CAT tools
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating translation quality metrics
- Knowledge of cultural adaptation principles for global markets
- Certification in translation or AI technologies preferred
