We are seeking a highly strategic and visionary AIA Vitality Propositions, Strategy and Engagement Principal to spearhead our customer and distribution initiatives. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the AIA Vitality proposition. You will drive the strategy, design, and execution of programs that enhance customer engagement, maximize value, and fuel sustainable business growth. As a Principal, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize our loyalty programs and strengthen our competitive edge in the market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for the AIA Vitality customer and distribution propositions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to align initiatives with corporate objectives.
- Design and refine compelling value propositions that resonate with both individual policyholders and insurance agents.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the AIA Vitality program, from concept development to launch and continuous optimization.
- Present strategic insights and performance metrics to senior leadership to secure investment and support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing strategy, product management, or customer engagement, with a strong preference for the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale strategic projects and driving measurable business results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of loyalty programs, customer journey mapping, and behavioral economics is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and local languages is required.
