Central Global Berhad is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor to lead our HVAC team in Batam. As a key member of our service department, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate technician schedules, and ensure the highest quality of air conditioning services for our diverse clientele. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule work assignments for technicians and helpers
- Analyze AC systems to diagnose malfunctions and determine necessary repairs
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and procedures
- Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment
- Prepare regular reports on project progress and system performance
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements and address concerns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair
- Technical certification in HVAC or related field preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent diagnostic abilities for AC systems and components
- Knowledge of various AC brands and models
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
