Tanggung Jawab
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to optimize system performance and energy efficiency
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Advise customers on system upgrades, energy-saving solutions, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintain detailed service records and inventory of parts used
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service schedules and client communication
Kualifikasi
- Certification in HVAC or equivalent technical qualification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on air conditioning repair experience
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and thermodynamics
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good physical condition for equipment handling and site work
- Basic customer service communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
