Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process air import documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists, ensuring strict compliance with customs regulations.
- Coordinate with overseas forwarders and internal teams to secure air cargo space and book shipments according to client requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing accurate updates on shipment status and resolving any logistical queries efficiently.
- Monitor shipments through to delivery, tracking cargo movement and coordinating with truckers for last-mile delivery.
- Ensure accurate data entry into the company’s ERP system and maintain organized records for audit purposes.
- Analyze shipping costs and negotiate with vendors to optimize freight rates where possible.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in air freight, import/export, or logistics operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Incoterms, import regulations, and customs clearance procedures in the Philippines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
