Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver food orders to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled before every shift.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and McDonald's delivery safety protocols.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately and efficiently at the point of delivery.
- Interact with customers courteously, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or delivery discrepancies to the management team promptly.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the restaurant supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Motorcycle Driving License (SIM A/B).
- Must possess a valid Malaysian ID (MyKad/SRP) and be physically fit.
- Good local knowledge of Tawau and surrounding areas is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Strong sense of time management and punctuality.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for handling payments.
- Previous experience in delivery or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
