Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of air conditioning systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently
- Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance
- Advise customers on energy-efficient solutions and best practices
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
- Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certification in HVAC or related field
- Valid EPA or equivalent certification for handling refrigerants
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in air conditioning installation and repair
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and controls
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license (if required for field service)
