Tanggung Jawab
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair various types of air conditioning systems
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in air conditioning units
- Provide excellent customer service and technical advice to clients
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records
- Order necessary parts and materials for repairs and installations
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards in all work activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service calls
Kualifikasi
- Technical or vocational diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in air conditioning installation and repair
- Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA 608 certification) preferred
- Strong knowledge of various air conditioning systems and components
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
- Physical ability to work in various environments and handle equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
