Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough installation, repair, and maintenance of various air conditioning units, including split systems, window units, and central AC systems.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults in AC units and implement effective solutions to restore functionality.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency and prevent breakdowns.
- Handle refrigerant recovery, charging, and recycling in compliance with environmental safety standards.
- Replace worn-out components such as capacitors, thermostats, compressors, and filters to prolong equipment life.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe, adhering to company health and safety protocols.
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff and assist in training on proper handling of tools and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as an Aircon Technician or in a related HVAC role.
- Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Aircon Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Refrigeration.
- In-depth knowledge of air conditioning systems, including split, window, and central types.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting electrical circuits and using diagnostic tools.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call duties if necessary.
- Valid PRC License (optional but preferred) or Professional Certification in HVAC.
