Tanggung Jawab
- Perform end-to-end installation of various air conditioning units (split-type, window-type, and floor-mounted).
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal unit performance and longevity.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems and execute necessary repairs.
- Replace or repair defective parts, including compressors, capacitors, and fan motors.
- Clean filters, ducts, and coils to maintain air quality and unit efficiency.
- Provide technical advice and usage recommendations to clients after service.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and service tools.
- Document all service activities and report findings accurately to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as an Aircon Technician or in a similar HVAC role.
- Vocational diploma or TESDA certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and control circuits.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and installation manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit to perform manual labor and handle heavy equipment.
- Must possess good communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently across multiple service locations in Quezon City.
