We are seeking a skilled Aircon Technician to join our team in Davao City. As a key member of our service division, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing air conditioning systems across residential and commercial properties. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service solutions. You will work directly with clients to diagnose issues, recommend repairs, and ensure optimal system performance while adhering to safety protocols. Our ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with excellent customer service skills to maintain client satisfaction and system efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems including split units, window types, and central HVAC systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using diagnostic tools and technical schematics
- Perform routine maintenance checks including cleaning coils, replacing filters, and refrigerant management
- Advise customers on energy-efficient practices and system upgrades
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
- Comply with safety regulations and company service standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in air conditioning installation and repair
- Knowledge of refrigerant handling and EPA 608 certification is advantageous
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and electrical schematics
- Strong diagnostic skills for both electrical and mechanical systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and in varying environmental conditions
