Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in air conditioning units with precision
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding issues and solutions
- Follow safety protocols and regulations when working with electrical systems and refrigerants
- Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service reports for documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certification in air conditioning and refrigeration technology
- Valid electrician license or certification from a recognized institution
- Proven experience as an Aircon Technician or Electrician with a strong track record
- Comprehensive knowledge of air conditioning systems, electrical circuits, and refrigeration principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail in diagnostics and repairs
- Good physical condition to handle manual tasks and work in various environments
- Valid driver's license (if required for site visits across the West Region)
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation for client interactions
