Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all hotel air conditioning units, including split-type, window-type, and centralized systems.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems and execute prompt, effective repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of cooling towers, chillers, and air handling units to ensure operational efficiency.
- Clean and sanitize air filters, coils, and drainage systems to maintain indoor air quality standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls from hotel staff and guest rooms.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to optimize energy consumption of cooling equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and hotel operational protocols.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as an Aircon Technician, preferably within a hotel or commercial building setting.
- Technical/Vocational diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related electrical/mechanical field.
- Solid understanding of electrical troubleshooting and refrigeration cycles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and work in various hotel areas.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and precision.
- Must be highly reliable, punctual, and capable of working flexible shifts if required.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members.
