In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units to ensure optimal guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on all hotel air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems promptly.
- Install new aircon split systems and units according to safety standards and blueprints.
- Check gas levels and perform necessary recharging or leak detection on refrigerant lines.
- Clean and service air filters, coils, and condensers to improve air quality and efficiency.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdown calls with urgency and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate service logs and report equipment status to the maintenance supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Must be Male (as per job title requirement).
- Vocational Diploma or Certificate in Technical Education (TVL) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of aircon installation, troubleshooting, and electrical wiring.
- Must possess a valid TESDA NCII certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights when necessary.
- Punctual, disciplined, and customer-service oriented.
