Tanggung Jawab
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain domestic and commercial air conditioning systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment including refrigeration units
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Comply with safety regulations and CBRE's maintenance protocols
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintenance documentation
- Respond promptly to emergency repair calls and system malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive facility management
Kualifikasi
- NCII in Domestic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (DomRAC) certification required
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in AC maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration principles, and HVAC components
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and system schematics
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (if applicable to role requirements)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to work in various environments including rooftops and confined spaces
- Willingness to work in Lipa, Batangas area
