This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and complex troubleshooting of modern cooling systems, including VRV and Inverter technology.
As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of air conditioning, ventilation, and related electrical systems for our commercial and residential clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on AC, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose and repair complex technical issues in VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) and Inverter systems.
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess system performance and air quality.
- Execute electrical troubleshooting and component replacements according to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the technical team to complete installation projects within specified timelines.
- Maintain accurate logs of service reports, parts usage, and maintenance history.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls and provide efficient on-site repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with Singapore's BCA and building safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in ACMV maintenance and repair.
- Proven technical knowledge of VRV/VRF and Inverter system diagnostics.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints/schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is highly advantageous.
- Commitment to workplace safety and health (WSH) standards.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
